Burnout. It happens. And when it does, it ain't pretty. Burnout can stem from exhaustion and it can lead to mental health issues such as depression.
As it happens, it's very easy for women running businesses or working in businesses who are also trying to balance raising a family, contributing to their community, being a good friend and the list goes on to burnout.
In this episode we talk to Naturopath Melanie Lock from The Hollow Store who provides us with some insight into what burnout is and how it affects us physiologically and psychologically.

So she knows what it's like to wear a few hats! Mel has been in clinical practise for almost 20 years working with women and children's health. She specialises in nutrition, herbal medicine and emotional counselling.
