61-year-old Kris Richardson was the owner and operator of Richardson Trucking in Casper Wyoming in October 2014.  After the loss of her husband she continued to run the multi-million-dollar company.  She suddenly vanished on October 6th, 2014.  What happened to Kris and is the man behind the love letters involved?

On August 18th, 1993, 12 year old Sara Anne Wood was riding her bike home alone from vacation bible school. The small town of Sauquoit, New York is where he her father was a preacher at there local church, not located far from their home. This fateful day would start out as child abduction and five months later, uncover a child serial killer.

From birth the cards were stacked against Tina but she fought hard to overcome all the hurdles and obstacles that she faced.  But after the loss of her father at just 12-years-old her life started on a downward spiral.  Tina was failed her entire life by the system in Canada and many interventions could've been done to save her.



In August 2014, 15-year-old Tina's body would be pulled from the Red River.  Someone would be arrested of her murder, but then found not guilty.
