This week we talk about Vincent Leapheart, better known as John Africa. Vincent's early life in Philadelphia was fairly unremarkable and due to his low intelligence he wasn't expected to amount to much. This all changed with his completion of "The Guidelines" and his transformation into John Africa. John created the organisation MOVE. MOVE was based in Philadelphia and was primarily focused on the teachings from "The Guidelines" and black liberation.

The final episode of the L. Ron Hubbard saga! We discuss how LRH continued to build Scientology and try to dissect the extraordinary web of lies he continued to spin well into his old age.

This week we talk about Paul Charles Dosa, a man who rained terror on the restaurants of Melbourne for 30 years. Paul came to Australia as renowned chess champion in the early 60's and immediately started conning the residents of Melbourne out their furniture, food and alcohol. He then had the honour of posthumously becoming a big internet meme of 2013.

No one is 100% sure where Tommy Wisaeu is from or how he got his money. What we do know is that after a severe car accident he decided to follow his dream and become a Hollywood star. It's no surprise that he struggled to turn his creative vision into reality and instead of making the new "Streetcar Named Desire" he ended up with the Citizen Kane of bad movies. We discuss all aspects of Tommy's film making process and how he managed to turn one of the worst films ever made into a huge success.

This week we talk about John Elwes, a man whose wealth was almost limitless yet he refused to spend any of it. Elwes reputation as a miser was so great that he inspired Charles Dickens to write the character of Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol".

John Mytton inherited an unbelievable amount of money for someone born in the 1790s. What does a young nobleman do with all this money? He drinks, gambles, goes to war, becomes a politician, intentionally crashes his horse and cart (multiple times) and rides his pet bear (yes you read that correctly).
