Modern Sound Healing with Julie Jewels Smoot, LLC

Choose, a poem about making a decision to stay in fight, flight, or freeze or to heal and talk about what happened to me. I choose to fight back by talking to a therapist, feel my feelings, face the demons inside, and learn how to let go of what happened to me. I choose to step into my power and become an empowered warrior who speaks her truth and shares her gifts with the world.   #feeltoheal #speakyourtruth #PTSD #empowerment #thejourneybacktomyself #truestory #authentic
