  • 4PM: Is Time Up for Jordan Love and the Packers?
Matt Hamilton & Molly Brown fly solo with Jim out for camping. They get right into today's breaking QB contract news: the Dolphins signing Tua Tagovailoa to a 4-year, $212.4 million extension with $167.1 million guaranteed! They grapple with how Tua somehow jumped Jordan Love in the QB contract dominoes, and are they starting to panic that Love and the Packers still don't have anything done. Will Tua's deal actually impact the timeline and dollar figures of Love's "imminent" extension? Or, are the growing rumors that the deal is already done actually true? Matt & Molly ask the fans, does Gutey HAVE to get a deal done with Love by the end of this weekend? They also discuss how the fact that Tua and Love are represented by the same agency, AthletesFirst, might impact or hint at when the Packers get this done.

  • 5PM: Ask Matt Anything Olympics
Matt Hamilton & Molly Brown roll into what's now officially Phish Friday. Primetime dumps the Miami bump songs for Hour 2 after Matt & Molly get out their final takes on how Tua's new contract extension may or may not affect Jordan Love's imminent deal. They shift to "Ask Matt Anything" about what life is like for athletes AT the Olympics! What are sleeping situations and the bathrooms like, how many contraceptives are actually passed out, differences in summer vs. winter, who're the best athletes and more! Matt & Molly also talk about some of the hot bands in Wisconsin this weekend -- including a flock of Phishheads! During Poll Dancing, they answer some Poll questions about Jordan Love's contract negotiations with the benefit of a few days' hindsight heading into what could be a big weekend! Matt also deflects some of the summer Olympics haters.

  • 4PM: Bret Bielema Big Mad at Badgers!
Jim Rutledge, Matt Hamilton & Molly Brown keep it chill after three-straight days of QB drama with Jordan Love's contract hold-in. Jim is hot on Bret Brielema's pettiness about losing to Badgers football last season, and they eat some feelings of their own with a conversation about the proper way to fold a burrito! They also get out some frustrations of their own about the elderly failing to use technology, and Matt regales them with some inside Olympics talk. Jim goes into a recap of his time covering the Bret Bielema era of Badger football, why he and Paul Chryst made the right dynamic duo, and why Bert's tenure went bad. Jim Polzin of the Wisconsin State Journal joins to talk about his latest article detailing why Bret Bielema can't STILL can't get over Illinois' loss to Wisconsin last season. Jim "Hollywood" Polzin outlines Bielema's issue over Rucci (the other one)'s game-winning touchdown, why Luke Fickell is maybe over-downplaying the situation, and the pettiness from coaches like Bielema that make college football so entertaining! Jimmy Ruteldge also talks about his experiences with Bret & he asks Polzin for his thoughts on the latest Packers already starting more QB drama with Jordan Love's contract hold-in. Matt (aka Mark) Hamilton also explains the roots of his suspicion towards the "gotcha" media types. They wrap with the High Life Dive Bar of the Week: the Keg in Deforest, and Jim's recipe for caucasian camping nachos!

  • 5PM: Badgers Playoff Future is NOW?
Jim, Matt & Molly continue discussing Badgers football following Jim Polzin's appearance to talk about Illinois coach Bert Bielema's latest feud against UW. Jim has the crew give their predictions for the team's record in 2024, including bold, mild and lukewarm feelings from the three hosts... Molly's Game includes betting lines on the best games of the weekend, including the Madison Radicals, the Brewers vs Marlins series, and refreshed predictions for Jordan Love's contract and guaranteed money. They run through a speed round of Throwing Stones!

  • 4PM: Jordan Love Hold-In Ultimatum Time?
Jim Rutledge and Matt Hamilton roll without Molly Brown, who's away taking care of her other children. So, Jim and Matt use the space to abuse Primetime with a sampler platter of poll questions to start the show. They settle on two topics: when do you start to get upset if the Packers and Love still don't have a contract done (Friday's padded practice, Family Night on Aug. 3, or the first Preseason game on Aug. 10)? They also ask who will end up playing more preseason games: Jordan Love or Aaron Rodgers? Primetime gets surlier as Jim tortures him with the horn band "Red Hot Horn Dogs" and Matt beats him over the head with his favorite vinyl records. Today's Minute to Win It tests Matt on his knowledge of the CFB programs with the most all-time wins without a national championship!

  • 5PM: Packers Past QB Mistakes
Jim, Matt & NO Molly roll into Hour 2 with more discussion about when do Packers fans get upset if Love and the Packers still do not have a contract done: Friday's first padded practice, Family Night (Aug. 3), or the first Preseason game (Aug. 10)? They also talk about what the Packers would have to give up if they just let Love play out the 2024 season without an extension. Matt tries out his half-baked take about if the Packers should have just given Love his 5th-year option rather than giving him his initial *mini* extension last offseason. Primetime lets him know whether the take is fully baked, microwaved, or re-heated, and Jim asks how Dak and Tua's negotiations could impact the contract dominoes for Love? They also take a walk down the Packers' QB relationship mistakes of the Favre and Rodgers era, how did Green Bay not learn from past mistresses, and what qualified as "MVP-level" QB play back in the day? Throwing includes takes about the flex lane on John Nolen Drive and swindlers on Facebook Marketplace.

  • 4PM: Can Packers Win without Love?
Jim Rutledge, Matt Hamilton & Molly Brown roll into Day 2 of Jordan Love's "hold-in" at Packers training camp. With the lingering possibility that Jordan Love might continue to sit out training camp until he gets paid, they ask fans if there's any chance for the Packers to have a winning record without Love this regular season. Matt also wants to know which side is holding up the contract negotiations, and Molly wants to know how a QB like Love can "win" in fans eyes if they ask for top dollar. Jim also tells the story of why he's in the studio today after originally planning to remotely host from University Ridge Golf Course. They also explain why they CANNOT have Daniel the Landscaper join their remote show at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. What Matt Missed features cuts from a former QB who still relishes in the pain of Bears fans, what rookie QB might end up having a better season than Caleb Williams, and which Team USA basketball player is throwing doubts on their "aging roster"?

  • 5PM: Most In-Shape Packers
Jim, Matt & Molly open Hour 2 talking FITNESS, reacting to the news that AJ Dillon is reportedly in "THE BEST" shape of his life at Packers training camp. They talk about Dillon's spot on the fringe of the Packers roster and what he'll need to maintain a role with the team after re-signing onto a minimally-guaranteed contract this offseason. What fringe roles could Jim, Matt & Molly hold down for the Packers? They also talk about alcohol sales finally coming to Camp Randall & if they're most excited for beer or the Badgers football team this coming season. They ask fans: when were YOU in the best shape of your life. Throwing Stones includes chill takes on the coolest entrance outfits for the countries in the 2024 Olympics, Snoop Dogg the torch bearer, and Joe Burrow losing his cool along with his hair. Jim, Matt & Molly wrap the show talking about the misconception that pro athletes, and specifically NFL QBs, need to be "cut" to be successful athletes.

  • Jason Wilde on JM&M
Jason Wilde joins the show after a long day covering the news that Jordan Love is "holding-in" at Packers training camp while awaiting his contract extension. Jim asks if Love choosing to attend but not practice is just to avoid getting fined or a sign that a deal is actually close to getting done. Jason also talks about if a deal gets done before the end of the week, what the possible disconnect is in extension talks at this point, and if Love is at risk of "making himself the bad guy". Molly also asks at what point Packers teammates could start to get "annoyed" about Love's hold-in.

  • 4PM: Love's Holding In!!
Jim Rutledge, Matt Hamilton & Molly Brown broadcast for Day 1 of Packers training camp -- where Jordan Love is "holding-in" while awaiting a contract extension. They ask if Jordan Love or the Packers are making a bigger mistake by not getting a deal done before the beginning of training camp. Jim takes a victory lap on "wishcasting" Packers fans and in his wager with Matt about if the deal would get done ON or AFTER Monday. Molly is also up at the Tundra Trio covering training camp, and she tells the story about her son riding with a fake? Packers player in the American Family DreamDrive. Jim, Matt & Molly wrap up Hour 1 trying to determine some of the comps for Jordan Love's contract situation, as it looks like he'll become the NFL's highest-paid QB after just one season as a starter!
