These online resources help busy women ditch the damaging diet and mindsets in order to live holistically and fiercely well. She stands for the unique, informed, and empowered wellness of all women. She is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and an AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. In addition to serving other women and providing insightful and approachable content to help them in their wellness journey, she is a wife and mom to a busy 2-year-old boy. In this conversation, Belinda and I talk about ditching the diet culture mindset and living a more holistically healthy lifestyle.
