  • I'm a professional

I don’t know… That is my guest's favorite three words. My daughter Daniella and I go over some hard hitting questions that are honestly fun and silly but it allows us to open dialog and communicate better. This episode is full of laughter and kindhearted fun. I hope you can relate to our conversation and can incorporate a silly cute question game with your child to open that communication.

Becoming a single mother is not easy  and definitely not by choice by every day we choose our kids and ourselves. Don’t neglect yourself because of any relationship that can lead to losing your essence and who you are. I hope you all enjoy this episode, especially our very real mom moments. • She was down for a minute!

Raw and unedited… that is this week's episode. It’s just me and what I’ve been through recently. I want to apologize for leaving for a while without any notice or post but I mentally needed to get myself checked and back to normal..ish. There’s so much more work to be done and so much growing to be done. I’m so grateful for all the family and friends that have been helping me and reaching out to make sure I’m ok. The reason I share this with you is because you guys are my family and because I hope this can help someone if they find themselves in the same position. The most important part is knowing that we don’t need to have everything figure out in one day and that is the hardest part for me but I’m trying.
