On today's Monday Mini Nick O'Hern and Mark Allen put Australian Tour Pros under the spotlight, the men specifically as the women are killing it. But following a week where no Australian made the cut in the US Open for the first time since somewhere around the 1950's, is there a problem? Certainly you, wolfpackers, seem to think there may be given the volume of correspondence we received following the cut on Friday.
Is there a problem, what is it, and what are some of the ways we could address it? Nick makes an observation about the entitlement of some younger players today, and Mark says that the access to Q School was easier in previous years, and says that the basketball model for talented young Australian basketballers is worth looking at for young golfers. He explains how that system works on the pod today.
And we finish on a positive by discussing some of the great womens golf flushers over the years, including some Aussies. But join the conversation....what do you think would help with the approach to become stronger for men internationally? Love your thoughts and ideas.
