Fort St. John's Chief Financial Officer David Joy will join us to talk property taxes. He presented a report at Council this week suggesting that our property taxes are among the lowest among many comparable municipalities in BC, so we'll ask him to explain why that's good for us.

Then, Director of Public Works and Utilities Jeremy Garner will check in to talk about trash in recycling bins and why it's important to keep 'em separated.
