We're back for episode 10 of More Than A Title featuring Phil Croskey, CEO, Jason Schwartzberg, President, and Paul Clary, Co Founder at MD Energy Advisors stopping by to share their amazing story and game with us!
They were working together at the Baltimore Development Corporation when they identified a problem that only 5% of the market had taken advantage of residential energy choice. They asked themselves "What if we could help people and businesses make informed decisions about energy? What if we could do it in an unbiased and transparent way? What if we could create jobs for others? What if we could make a meaningful impact in our community?"
They pulled together $10,000 in 2010 and started MD Energy Advisors to provide demand and supply side energy solutions for businesses, utilities and government. They also founded PointClickSwitch, a proprietary online platform that helps residential customers in deregulated energy markets save on utility costs through comparison shopping.
I'm always interested in hearing successful business stories and what they've been able to overcome and persevere through to get to where they are today.
You can expect us to discuss:

We're back today for another episode of More Than A Title. I'm excited about this episode as one of my closest friends in the industry pulling up to share game and discuss our personal branding journey!
For those that don't know I worked with Lee a couple years ago at an agency, and immediately we hit it off on our first conversation. I remember being with him before starting the position and we sat around for hours talking about the industry, life and different ways we can excel in our roles/career.
That eventually led us down the path of social selling, developing our personal brands in an effort to drive more sales. If you're a day 1 connection you probably saw us on here and the traction we were having. We were onto something special.
I'm fortunate because I know how difficult it is to start especially by yourself when your constantly questioning where to begin but we had each other's backs and just started creating.
We learned the platform together, made a bunch of great content. If it wasn't for those early moments of us grinding together I probably wouldn't have stayed on here as consistently as I did.
We're going to dive into:
Lee's sales experience and lessons he's learned throughout his career
Our early personal branding strategy, what worked and our results
What happened after we stopped working together and how we continued during the pandemic
and Much more......................
Tune in at 4 PM EST, you can catch it here on my Linkedin page, and the More Than A Title Youtube channel.
Thanks 4 the love as always and see ya there!

Kameer has successfully led the business the past 4 1/2 years and brings 20+ years of experience in the role.
I was introduced to TINT during my tenure at HS and was able to see the platform in action during the our in person events. I was thoroughly impressed with the platform and became even a bigger fan after the meeting the TINT team.
I was fortunate enough to connect with Kameer shortly after and began to build a relationship.
You can expect us to discuss:
- His career journey and lessons learned along the way
- The joy and challenges of running a successful business
- UGC
- Social Media evolution and how it will impact businesses
As always you can expect an honest thoughtful conversation with a ton of gems.

Thanks for continued the support and love! See ya there!
We're back this Wednesday at a 12 PM EST with special guest Stephanie Stuckey, CEO of Stuckey's Corp, which is a family owned business most known for it's southern hospitality, candies and famous pecan log roll.
The company fell out of family hands for decades, but now led by Stephanie they're back and rebuilding the classic, nostalgic brand!
I became familiar with Stephanie as she did a talk with the CEO of Hootsuite earlier this year and after reading more about her journey, knew I had to have her on to share her amazing story.
She has an enormous following on social media with over 100K followers on Linkedin alone and mostly shares content about her journey, entrepreneurship marketing and rebranding.
You can expect us to discuss:
The history of her family business and the process of purchasing the company
The challenges of rebranding a nostalgic brand
Lessons learned along the way as well as advice to any other entrepreneurs.
As always you can expect an honest thoughtful conversation with a ton of gems.
*If you'd like to be apart of the show please join either the Linkedin event or YT page as I'll be able to see comments and questions**
