In today's episode we are kicking off a mini- series for the summer that we're calling the "Summer of Psalms". We are taking June and July to dive into 8 of our favorite Psalms that have encouraged and grounded us in difficult seasons.
Today we are starting with Psalms 4. This Psalm is a continual reminder of God's nearness in the midst of all of life's challenges and uncertainties.
We are praying that this series is a nice pause in the midst of the business of summer to anchor your heart and to remind you of God's unrelenting faithfulness!

In today's episode we reflect on the significance of mentors in our lives. We define mentors as experienced individuals who provide guidance, wisdom, and support to help us navigate through various aspects of life. Mentors act as change agents, aiding in our personal growth and development.
In today's digital age, the concept of mentors has expanded beyond traditional one-on-one relationships. Social media influencers, podcasts, YouTube channels, and online resources can all serve as modern-day mentors.
Amidst the search for mentors, we stress the importance of being intentional about the voices we allow into our inner circle and the impact they have on our growth and well-being.

On today's podcast episode we explore a topic that may seem daunting at first - the fear of the Lord. While the idea of fear can often evoke feelings of threat and panic, we aim to unravel the complexities and beauty behind the concept of fearing God.
Delving into the Hebrew words for fear, we uncover a duality in meanings - one rooted in threat and terror (Pachad) and the other in reverence and awe (Yehva). These nuances highlight the different facets of fear present in the Bible and challenge us to reevaluate our understanding of the fear of the Lord.
As we grasp the distinction between a fear that paralyzes us in terror and a fear that fills us with awe and wonder, we begin to see the transformative power of the fear of the Lord. It is not about cowering before a vengeful God but rather standing in reverence before a loving and all-powerful creator.
The fear of the Lord is a multifaceted journey of reverence, awe, and love. It beckons us to embrace a healthy fear that stems from respect and trust, leading us into a deeper understanding of God's character and promises. May we walk in the fear of the Lord, knowing that in His love, we find true freedom and security.

Today's episode is all about journaling!!
Journaling goes beyond just jotting down daily events; it is a practice that allows us to delve into our innermost thoughts, feelings, and reflections. It provides us with a space to be fully integrated in body, soul, and spirit, fostering a deeper connection with ourselves and those around us.
Journaling serves as a mirror to our inner selves, enabling us to reflect on our experiences and emotions. It prompts us to pause, delve deep into our thoughts, and engage in self-reflection. By taking the time to journal, we can gain clarity, process our feelings, and foster personal growth.
For many, journaling is not just a therapeutic exercise but also a spiritual practice. By combining journaling with reading scriptures and prayer, we can deepen our connection with the divine and cultivate a sense of inner peace and fulfillment. Journaling becomes a sacred space for dialogue with God, where we can seek guidance, solace, and inspiration.
If you're new to journaling or looking to reignite your practice, here are a few practical tips to get you started:
1. **Create a Beautiful Journal:** Invest in a journal that speaks to you aesthetically. The act of writing in a visually appealing journal can enhance your journaling experience.
2. **Set Aside Time for Journaling:** Find a quiet moment in your day to dedicate to journaling. Whether it's in the morning with a cup of tea or in the evening before bed, carve out a space for reflection.
3. **Start Small:** Don't feel pressured to write pages upon pages every day. Set a timer for a few minutes and allow yourself the freedom to write whatever comes to mind.
4. **Reflect on Your Intentions:** Take a moment to ponder why you're journaling and what you hope to achieve through this practice. Setting intentions for your journaling journey can provide you with focus and clarity.

On today's episode we discuss the impact of gossip on relationships and communities.
Gossip can range from simply sharing facts to intentionally slandering someone or exposing their secrets.
We believe it's essential to examine our motives when discussing others and consider whether our words align with our beliefs and values. While gossip may not always be black and white, the heart behind our words and actions holds the key to genuine integration.
The heart intent behind gossip is crucial. Are we sharing information with the intent to expose someone's shame or to be a voice of concern and support?
As always, we value a life that is fully integrated. By seeking integration in all aspects of our lives, including how we communicate about others, we can continue to become people who are fully whole.
