When we make room for others to express themselves without judgment, we create safety and allow for personal growth and a pressure-free environment, allowing for expansion and growth in both personal and professional relationships. When we drop our defenses, we evolve to an understanding that each person's perspective is valid, we open the door to intimacy, trust, and vulnerability.
