As a Christian, my relationship with the Bible has felt complicated at times. To be honest, I have often felt defeated that I haven't done enough to cultivate time and attention towards the Word on a daily basis. This rhythm and relationship has been on my mind a lot recently. This episode is me sharing bits of encouragement I've learned that is helping me fall back in love with the Bible.
**Spoiler Alert: you don't have to be a "good person" or at a certain place to your life as a qualification to approach the Bible.
Verses referenced in the episode –
Ephesians 6:12 (ESV) - "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."

John 17:17 (ESV) - "Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth."
Hebrews 4:12 (ESV) - "For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart."More about Marilyn Laszlo
