Chapter 3: It’s a story that continues to shock no matter how often you hear about it. The Indigenous grandfather who was trying to open a bank account with his 12 year old granddaughter was arrested and handcuffed and now there is surveillance video that shows the situation unfolding. Maxwell Johnson was there to open an account but the bank called the police, claiming their documentation was fraudulent.
