COVID-19 may be shutting down sporting events around the world, but as they say: “if there is a will, there is a way.” Four women, including two Canadians, competed in the first ever Ironman VR Pro Challenge; an online virtual bike race. Technology is allowing athletes to compete while staying at home. But like most inaugural events, there were a few hiccups.

Chapter 1 - Disappointment and frustration from the Ontario Premier and a far more conservative tone from the Prime Minister who said they will not retaliate after President Trump ordered 3M to stop sending masks to Canada.

Factor in child care, social isolation, and other factors - it’s no wonder that this is all causing a lot of strain on relationships.  Niki Reitmayer spoke to Dr. Michal Regev, registered psychologist and marriage and family therapist.
