Moser, Lombardi and Kane

0:00 - Shedeur Sanders wasn't drafted in the first round last night despite being a bonafide first round talent. So what was the issue? Tyler Polumbus said it best last night on our Altitude draft show. Quite simply, Shedeur Sanders is...a lot.

14:24 - Vic's oddly at peace today. He's accepted the Nuggets' fate for what it is. He's no longer crossing his fingers for a championship. He knows that's unrealistic. There's peace in knowing the road ahead.

33:08 - There's another Double Diparoo tomorrow which calls for a Double Keys to the Game. Then, it's time for our FAVORITE PART OF THE WEEK DRUNK TAKES!!

0:00 - The Nuggets sputtered and fell on their face yesterday in Los Angeles. It appears the new Head Coach boost has finally worn off. What's the main issue with this team?

13:55 - Last night reinforced something we all thought we already knew: the Avalanche are still in MUCH better shape than the Nuggets, even if both teams are down 1-2 in their playoff series.

31:08 - The Denver Broncos threw a curveball last night and selected Jahdae Barron, Cornerback with the 20th pick in the draft. Why did they grab a CB? Where will he fit in this team's defensive scheme?

0:00 - The Nuggets lost Game 3 in LA by over 30 points. Sheesh. What happened, guys??

15:41 - With the 20th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select...a Cornerback? We didn't have that on the Bingo Card. Why didn't they pick an offensive weapon for Bo?

35:13 - The first round of the NFL Draft came and went...and Shedeur Sanders wasn't selected. He's still up for grabs. That was an even bigger surprise than the Broncos drafting a CB. What turned teams away from taking a chance on him?

0:00 - What a perfect day to have Jeff Legwold join us! The NFL Draft kicks off tonight. What does Leggy think of the rumors that the Broncos want to move up? What storylines are he following heading into the draft?

20:20 - The Nuggets are on the road in LA tonight for Game 3 vs the Clippers. It's the first-ever playoff game in Steve Ballmer's fancy new arena. What are the keys to a Nuggets victory in that high-tech hostile environment?

36:36 - Ball Arena popped off last night when Landy was introduced. The energy ratcheded up even more when Val scored. If the Avs got ONE more goal, that probably would've been enough. Ball Arena would be roofless. Doors blown off and everything. Avalanche fans are BEGGING for that moment. We need it desperately.

0:00 - For years, the Nuggets have played best when we doubt them. The louder the doubt, the stronger the response. Is that still the case? How will they respond tonight in Game 3 @ LA?

13:20 - Shedeur Sanders' draft stock keeps falling according to all these mocks/betting odds. Really? How far do we really think he'll slide?

30:55 - The NHL releases Game Score Impact Cards after every game. Basically, they try to give you an overall grade of how you impacted the game in every aspect. All things considered, how did you do? Brett tells us the top 3 and bottom 3 scores from the Avs grades last night.

0:00 - Landeskog made his glorious return to the ice and the Stars rained on his parade. Another OT game, another OT loss for the Avs.

16:39 - We can bellyache about this, that, and the other thing, but ultimately last night's Avs loss came down to one thing.

37:24 - A 7-game series always has ebbs and flows. Highs and lows. This is how it goes. Right now the Avs are in a valley. Other metaphors. Do we believe they can get right in Game 4?

0:00 - Tonight is a MUST WIN for the Avalanche. If Gabe Landeskog returns, you cannot lose. Dallas would snatch all momentum & your soul in the process.

19:11 - Some mock drafts have Shedeur Sanders falling as far as #21 when the Steelers snatch him. That's WILD. There's no way he should fall that far.

33:38 - Known News-Breaker/Their/Stealer of Thunder Conor McGahey joins us to discuss the imporant Landeskog news he broke this morning.

0:00 - Avalanche Head Coach Jared Bednar made his weekly appearance with us today and said there's a "good chance" Landeskog plays tonight.

20:28 - It's finally starting to feel real. How will Landeskog slot into the team in tonight's game? What will his exact role be?

33:59 - There are no downsides to Landeskog playing. If he contributes, it's amazing. If he doesn't contriute, you haven't lost anything.

0:00 - TAHNIGHT the Avalanche are finally bringing playoff hockey back to Ball Arena where it belongs! But what has us extra excited is the idea that Landeskog might actually return to the ice for really real this time! We'll ask Coach Bednar about it when he joins us in an hour.

14:52 - There are some rumblings that the Broncos want to move up in the draft and grab a WR. Why would they do that? How would it work? Also, we're not buying all of the negative pre-draft narratives surrounding Shedeur Sanders.

34:16 - Playoff Hoops is a different beast. Teams that played one style consistently during the regular season look different in the playoffs.

0:00 - It's weird that the Avalanche 2nd line hasn't recorded a single point. The Choo Choo Train has yet to leave the station. Also, Landeskog warmed up with the team then didn't play. Why? Brett says the Avs could use his style of play against a tough goalie like Oettinger.

18:10 - Nico Harrison finally addressed the media publicly after the Mavericks season wrapped up. Just when you think he can't say something even dumber than he has already, he finds a way. Then, are you more comfortable with the Avs situation or the Nuggets situation right now?

36:11 - It's okay. Despite everything Vic and Moser said earlier, the sky isn't actually falling right now in Denver.
