The Ryan Chronicles Trilogy II

Angel Blood - Book 4

Someone is murdering people, draining them dry, and the police suspect it may be a vampire. When the captain of the York police department turns to Tom Ryan and his paranormal investigation agency for help, Tom takes one look at the crime scene photos and knows the killer isn't a bloodsucker.

Tom and his business partner compare the murders to a list of angel descendants, and a chilling pattern is confirmed. Angel bloodlines are being extinguished, and there are only a handful left between the killer's hunting ground and their family in York.

They must stop the assassin before he can cross any more names off his hit list.

Angel Fire - Book 5

In the aftermath of his wife's death, Tom Ryan cannot breathe when his three-year-old daughter, Hannah, is out of his sight. His overprotectiveness falls into the realm of paranoia, born from the fear that Lucifer is not done with him yet.

When that same apprehension manifests in his daughter, he realizes he needs to deal with his issues before his terror poisons Hannah's innocence. Just when he manages to get a grip on his separation anxiety, his worst nightmare comes to fruition.

Desperate to save Hannah from the devil's grip, Tom will do just about anything to get her back, even if it means the ultimate act of betrayal.

Angel Fury - Book 6

Duty is a double-edged sword. It means putting yourself last, ripping you away from everyone you love while you complete an unreasonable quest just to keep them safe.

Tom Ryan left York. He left everything he loves to safeguard the last angel descendants.

Now he's back, still damned, still persecuted. Prophecy says York will burn, and everyone left who matters to Tom is in York. With no time to catch up and reconnect, Tom is thrust into a battle he's destined to lose.

Highly recommend

Loved Cougar Romance 1 and 2,,,,,,,, would love know where I can get book 3

Not as it seems

This is an amazing continuation! Everything is not what I thought it was after reading the first book! The pace of this one is also much faster. There's lots of excitement. Characters are interesting and pretty well developed. Cliffhanger ending that made me rush out to buy the third installment! Definitely recommend this series so far!

Really good

I am liking the book but they end to short for me i with this was one book instead of more then one. I am really liking the story and yes I will get the boom three

Happy reading

Two Stars

Cliffhanger

I wish I could go back and say don't bother, but it's too late..

Bought the trilogy, read the trilogy and can basically sum up the trilogy is less words then went into first chapter yet was strung along three books to be dropped off a cliff with an ending with no sense at the end..I get that Shifter is all the rage, and Romance is big in sales.. but we are not mindless drones so starved that Romance deprived to the point that no story flies..is some how acceptable to sell us three books.. I am basically going to review all three in the next two paragraphs and let you see if you want to go buy three books and see if there is anything I missed..

Book one, Temp starts a New Job, meats Bully of the office and decides she'll stand up to her and somehow with a one quip wonder puts her in her place. yea not really.. Mystery Boss who is virtually never seen before suddenly sees her and wow gives her a priceless family talisman because he somehow guesses she's a Native American Goddess come back to earth. She goes home and suddenly necklace acts up and a cougar tries to kill her but a second one saves the day. the end. Book two she wakes up the next day is sore well duh she got mauled last night but go to work act fine no problem.. At work meets second reclusive boss and suddenly is wait for it, yea they are both shifters ! No erotica so that's at least a plus. They must get to the safty of the reservation and suddenly they meet the rival Native tribe.. and well what do you know the lady steps forward and says lets all just get along.. and they all just troop off to the reservation together.

Book three...Reservation check, Father and son Issues Check,.. they must verify her reincarnated spirit so into the reservation, sweat lodge where TADA dream shows she has some small potential.. they go to sleep that night still no erotica thankfully because that would have tanked this trilogy in a heart beat..gotta stay off the sex until training is complete..well not a complete flop but still a super let down story line basis..because it ends..

Did Not Deliver!

If this was the "big finish" to this series then what a huge disappointment. You are still left hanging at the end of this, the third in the series, book.

So many unanswered questions, and more and more things are being piled on top of what you think you already know, but really don't! The abrupt ending of this book left me a bit miffed that after reading 3 short segments we still hadn't made much headway with the who, what, where, and why, etc. concepts. It was a huge free-for-all mess, and this is sad as it had sooooo much potential, but did not deliver! I refuse to spend a fortune on books that don't deliver or just go on forever with short stories such as this!

Title: The Werewolf Detective 3

Release date: 12-30-15

Publisher: Darkness and Light Publishing

Publisher's Summary:

Book 3 of this thrilling hot werewolf romance!

Audrey pointed to the floor where the paper was still laying.

"I haven't touched it since." The envelope was still perched on the arm of the chair.

"We called it in, so the others should be here soon."

Liam and Audrey stood in awkward silence as they waited.

Hank looked around their little house, again envious.

Why was he suddenly so concerned about what his friend had?

He knew he was because it contrasted so starkly against what he didn't have.

It didn't take long for two squad cars to arrive and two of the CSI's.

Although why they were here, Liam had no idea.

All that was there was a letter and an envelope.

He could have bagged that himself.

He turned his head sharply as Audrey's cell phone rang.

"Hello?"

There was a pause and Liam watched the back of Audrey's head nod as she plugged her other ear.

"No, now's not a good time..."

Liam took a step towards her.

"Something...happened. I can't talk about it."

Liam took the phone from Audrey's hand.

"Who in the hell is this?"

Audrey stared at Liam with indignation.

She grabbed for the phone, but Liam raised his elbow to fend her off.

"Give that back to me!" She hissed.

Hank looked at the other three officers, (why three!), and shrugged.

The two Crime Scene Investigators waited patiently, holding their equipment, obviously enjoying the show.

Heated words were flying out of Liam's mouth.

"Oh, yeah? Well, come over so we can discuss it!"

Audrey, Hank, and everyone else there listened in shocked silence as Liam gave the home address.

He tossed the phone back into Audrey's hands.

"Why did you do that?"

She demanded, one hand on her hip the other gesturing towards him with the phone still in her hand.

Liam stepped towards her and jabbed the air with his finger.

"Why didn't you tell me you were seeing someone?"

Audrey's mouth fell open.

Disappointed!

How deceitful! Once again I've been duped! In an attempt to finish one short story, I've purchased what I thought was the sequel and all I got was a few chapters with the rest of the book being filled with short stories I've already purchased in an attempt to finish another short story. I no longer care how the story ends. I will black listing call the authors packaged in the shifters bodyguard and detective series! What a shame!

Publisher's Summary:

Life got you down? Feeling like you need more hot men and werewolf romance around you? Well, you've come to the right place!

"Don't be ridiculous. I - oh my god who is that?"

I looked up to see who Lisa was talking about.

A lot of men and women stood around wearing 18th-century inspired clothing, and they looked all roughly the same. But a man moved through them, and everything about him was different.

He wore the same kind of clothing, and he had a black mask on that covered his eyes with a thick line that looked like it was painted over his face. If anything, it just made him look more mysterious and attractive. He moved like he was made of water, with flowing grace. He was muscled, his arms and chest straining against the jacket he was wearing.

All the other men looked uncomfortable, like they'd been dressed up like dolls, but this guy was wearing his costume like he was doing it a favor.

"I have to talk to my cousin about that one," Lisa said and disappeared.

I couldn't take my eyes off him. He oozed raw power and authority, and something in me drew to him like a magnet. I wanted to meet him. I had to meet him.

I took a step in his direction. As I did, he turned and looked at me. A shock traveled though my body when he did, my stomach leaping.

This wasn't the usual love-struck teenager butterflies kind of thing. This was something wild inside me answering a call.

Poorly written.

A big waste of time. So many writing errors I couldn't make myself continue with the first story. Also it was not formatted correctly. You couldn't skip to the next story without time consuming hunting.

Eh

Eh it's just okay. Feel like it's a copy cat. Fun read if you are looking to kill time. So...

The Templar's Treasure

I know the author personally, and enjoyed this book, she had talked to my husband about what the Knights Templars are like and then built a love story around this subject.
