On this week’s episode, the Mother Tongue ladies talk to Australian fashionista and mama of two, Kat Lebrasse. 

We hear Kat’s thoughts on the dreaded mum comparison, affirming its difficult not to compare. She also mentions how it can be hard to share the triumphs we have in case it comes across as if you are boasting about being the perfect mum.

Kat shares her advice on finding a nanny, saying it needs to be someone you can trust, find a connection with, makes you feel comfortable, and perfect fit for your little ones. 

She also mentions that the pressure we feel as mothers is often the pressure, we put on ourselves and that we need to be more kind to ourselves as we are all doing our best.
