Blake Floars joins us from Carolina Swine Integrators. He has youthful  invigoration  to the Swine Industry, not from the traditional farm  family but a diverted path in. We catch up on his story, love for team  building and wanting to fill the Gaps and step up in the education or  Agriculture.

My names Blake Floars, I’ve helped start and run our farrow to finish  operation in Goldsboro, NC since October of 2021. Our business has has  been able to put our sow farm, and other nursery/finish growers around  our community back in business after all of us lost our contracts due to  the impacts of COVID-19. Our business model has tried to differentiate  itself by partnering with the Genesus US team to produce a  specialty product that focuses on meat quality.
