What you do right after eating can influence how your body handles that meal. In this video, I explain what happens during the first 30 minutes after you eat, including digestion, blood sugar, insulin, muscle activity, fullness, reflux, and why staying upright and moving gently can make a difference. You’ll learn why a short, comfortable walk after a meal may help your body use glucose more effectively, support digestion, reduce that heavy sluggish feeling, and help people who are prone to reflux avoid making symptoms worse. This is not about intense exercise or burning off your food. It’s about using a small window of time after eating in a smarter way. Try this after one of your larger meals for seven days and pay attention to how your body feels.

This video shows a simple way to work with the kneecap using gentle pressure and movement in different directions to help improve knee comfort, mobility, and overall function. If your knees feel stiff, tight, or uncomfortable, these techniques may help the kneecap move more freely and reduce some of the stress around the joint. Move gently, stay within a comfortable range, and stop if you feel sharp pain.

Fatty liver can develop quietly for years, often without obvious symptoms, while excess sugar, refined carbohydrates, processed foods, insulin resistance, and excess body weight can contribute to fat building up inside liver cells. In this video, I explain what fatty liver is, why it matters, and simple daily changes that can help support healthier liver function. I’ll also show you a simple two-ingredient shot made with fresh lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil. Extra-virgin olive oil provides monounsaturated fats and protective polyphenols, while fresh lemon supplies vitamin C and other plant compounds. This combination can be a simple addition to an overall liver-friendly lifestyle, but it is not a magic cure or a replacement for healthy eating, exercise, weight management, or medical care. The most important steps for reducing liver fat include cutting back on added sugars, sodas, refined carbohydrates, and highly processed foods while eating more vegetables, fiber-rich foods, lean proteins, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, and oily fish. Regular physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, controlling blood sugar and triglycerides, and limiting alcohol can also make an important difference. If you have fatty liver, abnormal liver enzymes, diabetes, or other metabolic concerns, speak with your healthcare professional about the best approach for you. Small changes practiced consistently can have a powerful effect on your liver and your overall health.
How to make it:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/3 to 1/2 lemon (1–2 tablespoons)
Mix and drink as a quick shot 3–4 times per week. Best on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed.
✅ Cut back on sugars, sodas, and processed carbs.
✅ Eat more vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and high-fiber foods.
✅ Support your liver daily with simple lifestyle choices.
