#MotivationalMonday: Be An “Aite Cool” Educator

Don’t you hate that friend or family member who takes things too seriously and want them to say Aite Cool every once in a while.

Well…as an educator we should take the same mentality.

There are three ways to do it.

1. Have a relaxed classroom atmosphere.

2. Allow teammates to try something new.

3. Roll with what the admin says sometimes and don’t buck up.

Challenge: Use flexible groupings in your classroom

Be more chill and your practice will improve.
