Looking at Joshua 7 and the Battle of Ai, we see the results sin can have not only on our lives, but on the lives of those around us. We are challenged to be like Joshua, to seek the Lord, and to be courageous to confront Sin as Jesus instructed us in Matthew 18.

When there is a stronghold blocking my journey of faith, I must: 1 - Hear God’s Word. 2 - Trust and obey in the small things. 3 - Do the outrageous for God. 4 - Continue to walk in obedience after the victory.

Joshua 24:14-15 - "As for me and my household, we were serve the Lord."

We looked at Joshua 1:6-9 and 1 Peter 2:9-12 and saw that it takes courage to asnwer God's call to stand out in a world that is telling us to blend in.

We looked at Hebrews chapter 13, and noted that discontent is the root of loneliness, but that God gives us a correct view of love. Our closeness to God results in confidence for living well.

Hebrews chapter 6 showed us that life can wear us down sometimes, but that through trusting in God's Promises and holding true to God's Character, we can push forward with Hope for our future.

We celebrate the resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday and look to our ressurection as the answer to how we can make this life matter, even when it feels like it is falling apart, because we have hte promise of eternal life.

We view the cross of Jesus and look forward to his resurrection.

Looking at the parable of the Master leaving three servants with am alotment of talents (funds) [Matthew 25:14-30] and our core passage of Romans 12:1-8, we see that God can trust us even though we have failed because he has a bigger vision for our lives and ministry then we do.
