On this episode we had the pleasure of sitting down with Paula Schnurr. Paula has had outstanding success in the sport of running. She had the opportunity represent our country in the 1992 and 1996 summer olympics where she competed in the 1500m. After her running career she took up coaching and has been the head coach for both the cross country team and track & field team at McMaster. On top of all this Paula and her husband Peter recently opened a new business called Ten Toe'n Shoe Shop in Dundas. Where they are focused on building a community of people who love to stroll, walk, and run.
During this conversation we talk about Paula's experience as an olympic athlete, what she has learned from coaching, and how it has been opening a new business in the middle of a pandemic (we can relate). This episode was so much fun and we are excited to share it with all of you.
