Arguably the most informative episode recorded to date! Dr. Wes and Dr. Gmoney talk all the different ways to track and monitor your progress in training. This is hands down the most overlooked aspect in training. Everyone is so enamored with putting together the “perfect program” and spoiler alert from the episode, everything works if you do it long enough. You guys better have a pen and paper to take notes because this episode is jam packed.
It’s time for that kick in the ass you need. We are half way through 2023 and you need to shift your thinking and take command of the goals you set in January. Listen in on this unique perspective on how to approach tracking goals and why this strategy beats a performance based assessment every time! Dr. Wes talks program hopping, emotional based decisions, doubling a penny a day, dopamine hits, neutering your cat, compounding effect in training and so much more. This goal tracking strategy is incredibly simple and something you can start implementing immediately. Enjoy!
John Lindsey and Dr. Wes took a short hiatus but are back with season 2.5. This week they talk outfitting home gyms. It has come at the perfect time since John just moved into a new home and is in the process of outfitting/updating his Movement Studio. It's no question working out from home is scientifically proven to be 79% more efficient for gains. If you think your home space doesn’t allow you to workout, think again. Spend just one training session with either one of them and the answer is clear as day, you can get just as good, if not a better training session from the convenience of your home. It’s all about knowing what equipment to prioritize and how to best utilize each piece to its maximum potential. Enjoy!
Calum and his fiancé are absolutely crushing the online training space. While he’s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to helping people improve their movement, I actually wanted to pick his brain on navigating social media to run a successful business.

Iona is one of the smartest, wittiest and dare I say realest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. From being an All American athlete at the Division 1 level, author of #1 Best Seller Ghost - Why Perfect Women Shrink and now running a successful online coaching business that helps women stop shrinking their body, worth, and power through vulnerability, creativity, and breath work
In this episode we talk, living off cynicism, her reckoning, why people get comfortable resting on a bed of nails, consuming 10k calories a day, the ice vest, being the black sheep, doing 100 burpees first thing in the morning, breath work, liking herself and hoping to achieve her life long goal of being able to hold her cat.
....I know last week was Episode 17 but, Iona requested episode 17
