Movie Night Crew

It‘s mid September and Jason is impatient, so we‘re starting our spooky movie reviews for Halloween now! This week we cover one of the bloodiest comedies known to man, Shaun of the Dead. Also, this week is the debut of our new theme song! We hope you like it and the review that follows it!

Salutations and welcome to this week‘s episode of Movie Night Crew, where we discuss Mikey‘s new favorite movie, um...The Favourite! The monkey‘s paw film with no monkeys, but definitely a lot of rabbits. Reminisce with us about topics such as 2019 Oscar nonsense, period piece clothing, scary music, and the fluffiest of all endings in film.

We rolled the dice, and we paid the price. Luckily, the price was watching a pretty dang good movie! This week, the MNC watches and discusses the 80‘s cult classic that‘s direct from the mind of George Lucas, Willow. Tune in and listen as we enjoy this movie WAY more than we thought we would

The gracious and just Movie Night Crew let Haley spin the wheel this week after last week’s feline fiasco...

So that means for this episode, we watched the classical drama directed by Milos Forman, Amadeus. Grab a Nipple of Venus and join us as we reminisce about psycho laughter, Catholic guilt, and one of the most eccentric composers in music history

We discuss the theatrical adaptation of Cats The Musical.

We journey back to the cinema this week to watch David Lowery’s The Green Knight. Come hither and regale in our recollection of this abstract take on a centuries-old Arthurian legend. Hand jobs, lady giants, and HONOR! It’s all here folks on this week’s episode of the Movie Night Crew!

The crew goes to the theater this week! After a long hiatus, Marvel is back in the cinema with the long-awaited solo Black Widow movie, and we decided to see what Disney had to offer us this time. Did it live up to fan expectations? Did it live up to anyone’s expectations? Join us this week for our first deep dive into the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Ohllo all you fine people out there! It’s Tina’s birthday episode this week, and she picked a little nugget of a hidden gem from Dreamworks called Megamind. With topics ranging from toxic masculinity to blue people anatomy, this won’t be one to miss!

Blade legs, Samuel L Jackson, and pugs galore!! The crew felt like having some fun this weekend and decided to tackle one of the best spy films of this young century, Kingsmen: The Secret Service!

The Movie Night Crew goes dumpster diving with a pick from Jason and Lelia's personal "So Bad It's Good" library. A horror movie that's pretty light on scares but heavy on trashy fun. Do you dig on multiverses? Join us for this week's episode!
