PRINCESS POWER is an animated series on Netflix about four young princesses who work together to help people. The princesses face challenges and use creative skills to “help those in need.” MOVIEGUIDE® recently reviewed the first three episodes of PRINCESS POWER: Season Three. In Episode One, their fruit silo is damaged. In Episode Two, a mysterious animal is stealing berries from the berry patch in Princess Rita Raspberry’s fruitdom. In Episode Three, the princesses help Princess Bea Blueberry replace 50 blueberry pies for a special event.

GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE is a lighthearted fantasy series on Netflix. It transports children into an imaginary world where cat toys come to life. Using live action and animation, Gabby takes viewers on adventures in and around her magical dollhouse. Each episode presents challenges that Gabby and her friends must overcome while having fun. The first episode of Season Nine shows Gabby and her cat friends making a musical tour. In the second episode, they help a friend finish decorating a birthday cake. In the third episode, they help another friend get through a bad day.

THE WAR ON CHILDREN exposes the tactics of media, culture, fringe groups, and even government schools to brainwash children into accepting woke LGBT ideology. It contains candid discussions of sexual deviance, abuse, human trafficking, gender mutilation, homosexual behavior, pedophilia, and sexual obsession. However, the sexual immorality is rebuked clearly. The movie traces the roots of woke culture back to Alfred Kinsey, the sexual deviant and sex researcher, Hugh Hefner, founder of PLAYBOY, and sex education advocate Maria Calderone. Finally, THE WAR ON CHILDREN urges parents to fight for their children. Sadly, the movie notes that, so far, woke culture is winning.

THE CONVERT is about a British preacher, Thomas Munro, who travels to New Zealand in 1830. Munro is assigned to the Christian church in a new British settlement. Upon arrival, Munro steps into the middle of a violent Maori tribal war. He saves the life of a young Maori woman, whose husband is murdered in front of them. Munro brings the woman and her guard to the British settlement. However, he finds his British congregants are just as violent as the savages they fear. Can this ex-soldier turned pastor teach peace before all the people in the area destroy each other?

FLY ME TO THE MOON is a comedy about the Apollo 11 moon landing in July 1969. Moe, a shady government agent hires Kelly Jones, a talented Madison Avenue advertising guru, to fix the public image of NASA’s moon program. In Florida, Kelly bumps heads with Apollo 11’s handsome launch manager, Cole Davis, who hates fake media hype. Moe then orders Kelly to create a fake moon landing for TV just in case the real one doesn’t work. This soon puts Kelly into a moral quandary.

BLUEY MINISODES is a collection of short, self-contained comedy segments airing on Disney+. It’s a spinoff to BLUEY, the delightful animated Australian educational series about a young Australian heeler dog growing up with her hyperactive family. Most MINISODES highlight the “role play” activities of Bluey with her sister, Bingo, and their father, Bandit. The first seven minisodes range from the girls reading Bandit’s childhood book report when he was only 5-years-old to Bandit pretending to call tech support to fix his “broken” robot daughter.

ATLAS is a new Netflix science fiction adventure starring Jennifer Lopez. The title heroine is a cybernetic analyst who’s opposed to much of the artificially intelligent robots and machines she helps build. Atlas is involved in searching for a rogue robot named Harlan that her mother “brought to life” and who almost destroyed Earth 28 years ago. When Earth discovers the planet where Harlan may have escaped, Atlas is determined to enter the fight. She joins the team traveling to the planet to find and defeat Harlan.

THE BEACH BOYS is a documentary on Disney+ about the famous 1960s rock band. The movie covers the band’s popular music and its influence on American culture. It discusses the band’s ups and downs, especially as the group finds itself in competition with the Beatles. Ironically, the competition inspired both groups to create the most acclaimed music of their generation. The core band members were composer Brian Wilson and his two brothers, Dennis and Carl. Their cousin, Mike Love, was a vital member, as were two neighbors, Al Jardine and David Marks.

ULTRAMAN: RISING is an animated science fiction adventure on Netflix. After his father’s retirement from hero work, baseball player Ken Sato takes on the role of “Ultraman,” a giant metallic hero who defends Japan from giant monsters. Ken rescues a lizard baby from a secret government experiment. With no other option, Ken raises the little monster while trying to repair his relationships. At the same time, government officials aim to dissect the innocent baby. They will destroy Ultraman if he gets in their way. The movie is loosely based on a 1960s Japanese television program.

Netflix’s animated series JURASSIC WORLD: CHAOS THEORY focuses on Darius Bowman, paleontologist and member of the Nublar 6 Group from CAMP CRETACEOUS. Darius is hunting the allosaurus that killed his friend. His other friend, Ben, shows up just in time to help Darius fight off a pack of velociraptors. Eventually, Darius becomes convinced someone’s out to get the remaining members of the Nublar 6. Can he and Ben connect with their friends and crack the code as to why they’re being targeted, including who’s behind it?
