On a distant planet, a mysterious mass female assassin challenges a Jedi master and kills her. The Jedi knight arrests a former Jedi named Osha, who looks like the assassin. However, the assassin turns out to be Osha's twin sister, Mae, who everyone thought had died. Osha joins her former Jedi mentor to set a trap for Mae. The first two episodes of the Acolyte tell an absorbing story. They have lots of intrigue and action. They reveal that the assassin Mae is being trained by a mysterious practitioner of the dark side of the force.

The first three animated episodes of BATWHEELS streaming on Max bring to life the world of Batman and his crime-fighting colleagues, Robin and Bat Girl. Batman, Robin and Batgirl’s talking vehicles team up to help the three heroes fight crime and keep Gotham City safe. The first three episodes find the team confronting Joker and his girlfriend, Harley Quinn, the Penguin’s souped up Ducky Boat and Mr. Freeze.

BATMAN: THE LONG HALLOWEEN is an animated movie based on an acclaimed graphic novel. Split into two parts, it tells a story early in Batman’s crimefighting career. A serial killer is assassinating members of Carmine Falcone’s crime family, on major holidays, starting with Halloween. Batman joins forces with Police Captain Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent to take down Falcone’s operation and put a stop to the “Holiday Killer.”

SCHOOL OF MAGICAL ANIMALS is a German fantasy adventure movie. Ida is a new student at Winterstein School. Rejected by the other children, she befriends a lonely clumsy boy named Benni. All looks bleak until a new teacher arrives to give the class a lesson about the magic and importance of friendship. She assigns Ida and Benni their own special animals. These unlikely friendships bring cheer, music and mischief. Things become complicated when items start disappearing from the school, and Benni is blamed. Ida and Benni must stick together to expose the real thief.

SCHOOL OF MAGICAL ANIMALS 2 is a sequel to a German fantasy adventure movie, based on a series of books. This time the Winterstein School building is closed for repairs. So, the children temporarily attend school at an ancient building. The children must perform a musical to celebrate the school’s 250th Anniversary. Their lack of cooperation creates chaos. Meanwhile, strange holes appear on the school grounds. The children must work together to produce the musical and to catch the vandal.

HORIZON: AN AMERICAN SAGA – CHAPTER 1 is a sprawling western epic, starring and directed by Kevin Costner. A group of settlers starts a small community in the southwest territory near Apache land. The chief’s angry son attacks the settlers in a murder raid. A big battle ensues. The U.S. Army advises the survivors to come live at the fort, because their town is too far away to protect. Meanwhile, enticed by a flyer about the town, called Horizon, a large wagon train travels southwest toward Horizon. Finally, a cowpoke gunfighter ends up protecting a young woman and the baby of her kidnapped friend, who’s presumed dead. They flee the baby’s angry patriarchal family by heading southwest.

SOUND OF HOPE: THE STORY OF POSSUM TROT tells a heartwarming story. Donna Martin is grieving after her mother’s unexpected death. However, when God tells her to take in a foster child, she finds new purpose. Her husband is the town pastor and also feels called to take in children. So, he starts preaching about taking in the most in need. The entire town decides to take in foster children. Donna decides to take a very troubled teenage girl named Terri. The family wonders if they’ll be able to show Terri God’s love while maintaining their family.

INSIDE OUT 2 is a sequel to the acclaimed 2015 animated comedy. Riley, the young girl of the first movie, turns 13 and starts having teenage angst. She longs to join the champion varsity girls high school hockey team. However, new, unruly teenage emotions, led by Anxiety, has taken over the Control Room in Riley’s brain. In fact, Anxiety has forcibly banished Joy and her friends from the Control Room. Can Joy and her friends find their way back and fix the damage Anxiety is inflicting on Riley?

MURDER IS EASY is a two-part murder mystery in Brit Box set in 1954. Based on a 1939 Agatha Christie novel, the miniseries follows the investigation of an African diplomat into a string of strange deaths in a small English village. Luke, the diplomat gets involved after speaking to a middle-aged woman on a train. She was traveling to London to tell Scotland Yard the killer’s identity, but she gets murdered on the way. Luke feels responsible to find the woman’s killer. He gets help from a young woman engaged to a village bigwig.

BAD DINOSAURS is a lighthearted animated comedy series on Netflix aimed for children. The series follows a Tyrannosaurus Rex family, a mother and her three children. As with any siblings, BAD DINOSAURS sometimes shows the two older T-Rexes picking on their younger sibling. However, at the end of each episode, the family comes together and loves each other. The first three episodes show the family getting into many comical complications. For example, they encounter a flying dinosaur fighting with them over a swordfish in the first episode. Later, they encounter three giant creatures, a loud annoying dinosaur, two difficult triceratops, and some problems trying to find lunch.
