In this episode I discuss my work around schools and look at some issues that have to be dealt with during the course of a working week.
I also look at the whole area of the centenary of the Armistice in 1918 and the consequences of the harshness of the surrender terms. This has lessons for the work we do with children around the whole area of behaviour contracts and 'punishments' that have the potential to be counterproductive. I also look at Outreach work and how some schools feel that it appropriate to place Outreach teachers' in inadequate and sometimes unsafe work areas.
