In this episode I review my Fantasy Premier League Team picks for the opening weekend of the English Premier League. I look at how I have picked my team and the thinking behind my 3 week strategy regarding holding out until the 3rd week so that I have 2 transfers to play with and I can make significant improvements to my squad if I see players who are getting poor game time & points stats in the early weeks of the league. I have also looked at the fixture list and included a few players that I feel will score good over the opening weeks due to their teams upcoming fixtures..Have a listen and I hope it will help with your own choices.  I also have a brief look at my position in some of the leagues I'm in but I will give a more in depth take on these after week 3 has been completed.

In this episode I take a look at the difference between Long & Short Term goals/gains etc and how always I base my thinking on the long term as it is a better measure of what has been achieved. I also discuss how the internet and modern technology has led us towards expecting 'instant' results and how this even manifests itself in how schools view the work I do with children with ADHD, ASD and on the Autistic Spectrum. I link this to my own #JourneyToBetter and how I'm having to slow myself down and do this correctly over the course of this holiday period.  So I'm applying this to both my work and home life with a view to clearing out the messy and untidy clutter and alongside this attempt to get better habits around my own physical and mental approach to life, so alongside the de-cluttering the physical home/work environment I wanted to aim for better life balance.
