I'm going to make a legitimate effort to sabotage my shift this morning, so I can off early enough to knock out my house chores quickly and get to the next update.

I already cleared the dishes and laundry before doing this recording, so I should only have cat litter and vacuuming when I get off work and I get straight to the microphone to update this and touch on some additional news.

This one wraps it up for the week on the Brianna Ghey Trial.

Girl X took the stand and let us all know that it's all about the "fantasies".

This shit is utterly fucking ridiculous.

I'm just mad and sad reading this shit.

Covering this and archiving the reaction is the responsible thing to do though.

It's Friday afternoon/evening now and these weekly uploads will be stitched together into a comprehensive broadcast for this Sunday. It will be on facebook live with a little bit of visual aid to rock out with the audio feed.

The broadcast will also include additional news clips and bumpers in between.

As I type this, I'm wondering if it would be wise to split it into two separate broadcasts.

I'll have that figured out by late Saturday morning.

Time is tight and I was able to get to a Brianna Ghey update.

The Jury now has a physical note written on paper by Girl X.

The note details the murder plan with one excerpt photographed and released to the public with names redacted.

As we head into this weeked, I'll be a little interested in seeing what's going on with Sea Level Rise and the Polar Vortex.  We'll be continuing with our Brianna Ghey coverage after Friday's session and  further as it progresses to the next week.

When I first started my own podcast feed, I naturally fell into doing a short series here and there. Some of them go for a long time. My first one was "This Is Your Species". It was rooted in dark takes on dark stories from the evangelical sector. After that, I fell into the series of "There's No Such Thing As A Good Cop". 1 year into the MAGA administration, I did "The Gangsterism Of MAGA". We are closing out 2023 and I am now starting the series of "The Politics Of Politics". I do these episodes and build on the narrative when the story I'm covering calls for it. This was not planned and these things never are. This will a be a significant portion of 2024 narrative material and maybe longer if it feels/seems like it makes sense to continue beyond 2024. We have a police murder story as well and we close out with an article giving us a little more information on the Brianna Ghey murder trial.

Patreon Early Access 12/05/2023 - Brianna Ghey Trial - Week 2 Begins

We had ourselves a successful little Sunday evening broadcast. I'd like to do it again this coming weekend. I always have news and whatnot to share.  

The idea for the next broadcast is to do the first half as a solo Mr. William's LaborHood news and bringin Phoenix Calida for the second have for The Phoenix And William Show

For this particular episode, we have footage from Brianna's murderers being interrogated being shared with the Jury. These two dipshits are def' going to prison for this.

This is part of a relatively long article covering a day of the trial.  

I have some additional work to do, chores and shift.  The next update will be continuing the same article.  These quotes coming from Boy Y in his interrogation are ridiculous.

Toward the beginning, we take brief news break to keep our ears out there to what else is going on as I hyperfocus on Brianna Ghey.

A dog walker who found Brianna Ghey's body told a 999 operator the teenager was "covered in blood" and help needed to come "quickly", a court has heard.

Kathryn Vize found Brianna, 16, after she was stabbed 28 times in Linear Park in Culcheth, Cheshire, on 11 February.

At Manchester Crown Court, the trial of a teenage girl and boy, identified only as X and Y, was played her brief call as she tried to get help for Brianna.

Girl X, of Warrington, and boy Y, of Leigh, have denied murder.

 

The court was told Mrs Vize made her call at 15:13 GMT after finding the transgender teenager in the park while walking her dogs with her husband Andrew.

In the recording, the dog walker was heard to be breathing heavily and in clear distress.

She told the operator somebody was "very hurt" after being attacked and she had "seen some of the attackers run away from the body".

She said Brianna was "bleeding heavily" and had "blood on her legs and on her back".
