First, get your data sorted - classification, access, governance etc.  Without this, you could be putting your organisation in harm's way and in this day and age, there is no excuse for not understanding the data you collect, what you do with it, how you manage, store and dispose of it.

Once you have your data 'housekeeping' right, you can explore the amazing possibilities of AI confident in the knowledge that you won't be exposing confidential or personally identifiable information (PII) inadvertently.
