It’s been 17 weeks since I recorded this episode, Part one which you can listen to if you go to my tracks was like some sort of deep therapy session my whole body ached for days after ... Part 2 is way more of the happy times I talk about what grief taught me when I lost my son, how I got my mentor with the universe conspiring in my favour, the opportunities that have come my way that would never have happened had I not gonna through all the shit, I hope this helps people to see that life is not all bad even if bad things have happened if you look for the good you will find it
