Kriss & Dpalm have mixed feelings about this episode. Overall, its a pretty good episode with a lot of great moments (Harry hating HR, Harry trying to sabotage Jesse & Wally's relationship, Gipsy & Cisco, Barry considering that he might have to kill Grodd, etc). But it falls flat because the end is kind of anti-climatic. While we appreciate The Flash taking chances, it seems that we've approached the limits of what they can do on the CW.

We also talk about the new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 trailer, WB/DC still promoting everything but Wonder Woman, predictions on what Wonder Woman does financially and Dpalm responds to writer Tom King's ranked list of the best fighters in the Bat-Family (and in doing so, we commit to another Character Corner).

Oh and the Grodd issue that Kriss & Dpalm are talking about at the beginning is Flash Vol 2 #178

Shanna and The Doctor are joined by Dpalm to discuss Supergirl 2.14 Homecoming

Jeremiah Danvers (Dean Cain, The Adventures of Lois and Clark) is rescued in an operation that seems too good to be true. Only Mon El seems to be worried about his convenient return, driving a wedge into his new relationship with Kara and pitting family members at odds with each other.

He's the best there is at what he does and what he does isn't very nice. Our massive Character Corner on the X-Man named Wolverine. Despite becoming overused in the Marvel universe, there are actually a lot of good Wolverine stories out there. A lot of the old stuff also holds up pretty well. Some of our favorite writers have also done short runs with Wolverine since there is a massive amount of content out there. We cover so much in this we made a decision that we will come back to do a second part that covers the enemies Logan has racked up over the years.

• Essentials
  • Incredible Hulk #181 -  First Appearance (1974)
  • X-Men Giant Sized #1 -  Second Appearance joins the x-men (1975)
  • The essence of [Logan's] character [is] a "failed samurai." To Samurai, duty is all, selfless service the path to their ultimate ambition, death with grace

Legends of Tomorrow is back this week with a fun episode that explains what happened to the JSA and why they disappeared after a mission. There's a lot to like in this episode but its marred by Ray being stupid. We're going to need to start seeing some maturing and growth of Ray (and Professor Stein).

On Arrow its very simple: Thea Queen is right. Kriss stans for Thea and isn't shy about it. The rest of the episode is also pretty solid as well. Oh and Dpalm has some thoughts about the news of a Nightwing live action film.

Phenom, Kriss & Petty review Jordan Peele's directorial debut, Get Out. This is a film we've been waiting to see since it was announced. Peele tackles the African-American experience by using the micro-aggressions,  stereotypes and the attack on our bodies that we suffer from "well-meaning" white people. Yes, it's that good.
