Gene is the co-founding partner at Trowbridge Law Group LLP. Since 1972, he has been in the real estate space as a commercial broker and investor. In 1977, he was awarded the CCIM designation and has been since an outstanding member and awardee of the institute. He was also a former syndicator, raised investor capital for 10 years, and even sent out 1,676 K1s in just a single year.
