• Painting and cleaning companies are the most difficult service providers to deal with from her experience.
• The biggest struggle the industry is facing right now is hiring the right people, so a change is needed regarding where to start looking for great employees.
• How they really appreciate service providers who care, follow up, and check with them to make sure everything is going well.
