Terrence Howard is one of ten children born to Anita & Tyrone, growing up in Cleveland, Ohio, before making it big in film & tv. He suffered abuse from school bullies and at the hands of his parents, and was taught to box at a young age by his uncle, in order to keep him from getting hurt.

But long before Terrence knew how to take his abusers down, and well long before he was famous, Terrence witnessed his father killed a man, while the two were waiting in line to see Santa Claus in 1971. Some say that the attack was racial motivated, while others say it was a misunderstanding with an unfortunate ending, but either way, the fight ended tragically.

Two stories for this week though both are about jealousy. In the first, a teenager by the name of Matt get angry when his friend Lee speaks to Matt’s ex-girlfriend, leading to a violent end to their friendship. In the second, two mid-30s women, who were friends, were both having a relationship with the same man. One woman decided she finally had enough of this arrangement and sought a permanent end.

Dr. Amy Bishop Anderson was know for being a volatile and difficult person, who at the age of 21 had shot and killed her brother “accidentally”.

Many of her students at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, did not like her and felt she was a poor professor, and her colleagues also complained about her, leading to a denial of tenure for Amy and a confirmation that her contract would not be renewed after her 6th year end.

A month before she was to vacate her position at the school, Amy showed up and taught class as normal, before attending a department meeting that evening. For 40 minutes Amy sat, gun in hand, before standing and executing her fellow co-workers one by one.

Carl Drew was born into a crappy family situation, with a father that used torture as a method to get Carl to “do work” around the family home, including decapitating one of the family’s horses that had died in a fire. Because of this, Carl ran away from home at a young age and by his early 20s he had joined a biker gang and was involved in criminal activities, include pimping. Carl’s girls said that he had a mean streak and was prone to violence.

That’s when Carl started a Satanic Cult and began performing rituals and sacrifices in the Cursed Forest. Eventually these sacrifices turned human, and Carl’s girls became worried that they were next when a couple of bodies are found with clear signs of torture.

Charles Jr was born to Charles & Anne Lindbergh in 1930. Charles Senior was a barnstormer and was well known in the United States, thanks to his famed aviation trips, like traveling 33 1/2 hours in one go.

Because of their fame and obvious wealth, the Lindbergh’s were a target for criminals, and became involved in one of the most infamous kidnappings ever when Charles Jr was found missing from his crib one March night.

Due to Holly’s birthday this past weekend, we don’t have a tale to talk about, but we did cover several warm ups including: the re-opening of a nearly 40-year-old cold case from Harrisonburg, Virginia; a man who decapitated his landlord with a samurai sword; two prison stories and a parole recommendation for one of the Manson girls.

Roy DeMeo was your typical loanshark with a growing operation in the mid 1970s. As he grew older, he took on other job responsibilities, and eventually became a hitman for the Gambino family. He was very successful with what is believed to be over 200 hits, thanks to his killing style, known as the “Gemini Method”.

But as things always go with the Mob, Roy’s days were number and eventually one day in the 80s, he left home and never returned.

John Dillinger was trouble from the start and began his criminal career very young. He did a stint in prison from 1924 to 1933 for robbing a store of $50, and immediately went back to a life of crime upon release.

Soon, the federal government was after him and after several escapes from custody, it seemed that John was going to continue getting away from the authorities. Until a woman who was in fear of deportation, made a deal with the government to get John in custody, once and for all. But the authorities were not going to let him slip away one more time and decided to take a more fatal approach to capture the man they had deemed Public Enemy #1.
