Wounds hurt and leave a mark. However, the wounds I have experienced in my life have taught me many invaluable lessons.

Fifteen years ago today I got married. It was, and still is, one of the happiest days of my life.

I think their is a fine line between helping someone and crippling them. I for sure have been guilty of enabling someone when I thought I was actually helping them.

I have heard this term "Hold The Space" many times but was never really sure what people were talking about. In this episode, I try to make some sense of the phrase.

A few days ago I woke up with a back pain that I have only felt two other times in my life. For decades I have wondered what this back pain represents. It first showed up when I was 16 years old, again at 40 years old, and know at 45 years old (I will be 46 in January).
