The reactions that we have to life experiences and lessons are based on our state of mind not anyone else’s. From that mental acceptance a pattern is formed and that pattern governs our reactions to life. In order to break the cycle of destruction you must first see it, take accountability, and then and only then can you start removing the foundation to build something new. Your words are power and you are either speaking life into yourself or causing an obstruction in your journey. Time to get out of your own way and step into your healing.... Don't you feel that you are worthy! We believe that there is a greater power at work in our lives, but so many times we feel as if we are less than and don’t deserve what the Universe blesses us with or that we go through our pain because we deserve to be in pain. That’s not true! We are our Ancestors wildest dreams and they paved the road for us to live a life we deserve.

Time to release the guilt that has been holding you back from healing....Throughout this healing journey I have come to know a part of myself that was sabotaging my own healing. Our minds are so powerful and what we think, say, and feel plays a greater roll in our lives than we could imagine. When you say this affirmation I want you to feel it in your mind, body, spirit, and soul. No matter what you have done in the past in order to move forward you have to forgive yourself.

I vow to allow myself to rest...................... Rest is Humbling. Rest is Healing. I vow to be patient with myself. This is my journey and I will no longer compare it to anyone else's journey.
