As we face one of the toughest challenges in our lifetime, #jiffy wants to continue to take care of our health and remain as active as possible. The last thing we want to do is stress ourselves into a depression and neglect our health. In life, we must make decisions for more than ourselves; but for others; regardless of our beliefs and/or passions.
