On Valentine's Day 2017, approximately 13 months after his wife Michelle passed away, John saw one of his widowed friends being judged and treated really badly on Facebook for wanting to find love again... and he was angry! So he grabbed pen and paper and wrote his most popular piece of work to date, Sit Down And Shut Up. It quickly went viral!!

It was so popular because it was relatable to so many widowed people... people who are being judged every day for simply wanting to find happiness again after going through the hell of losing their soulmate.

In this episode we share John's written piece with you and have a discussion around some of the judgements that people can make. We wanted to do this episode because this is something we witness so often with our clients, with our widowed friends and even ourselves.
