*Final Destination was written by Jeffrey Reddick after having "read a story about a woman who was on vacation and her mom called her and said, 'Don't take the flight tomorrow, I have a really bad feeling about it.'". The woman switched flights and the plane she was originally supposed to take crashed. Originally having written the script as an episode of The X Files, Reddick decided to turn the script into a feature-length film at the behest of one of his New Line Cinema colleagues. After reading his spec script, New Line Cinema hired Reddick to write the screenplay; James Wong and Glen Morgan were later brought on board to help with the script, making alterations to comply with their standards. It was based on the fateful flight TWA 800, specifically, the 16 students and 5 adults of the Montoursville HS.

The series is noteworthy among other films in the horror genre in that the antagonist is not a stereotypical slasher or other physical being, but Death personified, subtly manipulating circumstances in the environment with a design on claiming anyone who escapes their fated demise.

**The first installment in the series follows Harry Mason as he searches for his missing adopted daughter in the mysterious town of Silent Hill. Stumbling upon a cult conducting a ritual to revive a deity it worships, Harry discovers his daughter's true origin. Multiple game endings are possible, depending on in-game actions taken by the player. It was released in 1999 for the PlayStation. In 2009, the game became available for download from the European PlayStation Network store for the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Portable and later, in the same year, from the North American PlayStation Network store.

This weeks show we review the biggest Verzuz battle so far. Snoop Dogg went Head to Head against DMX on Verzuz live. We review latest chapter of the well-respected Verzuz series, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland managed to orchestrate a legendary face off between hip hop’s biggest dogs: Snoop Dogg and DMX. In all honesty, the matchup was arguably one of the best battles to date! Back in May, Snoop said that he would be interested in doing a Verzuz with JAY-Z. DMX previously admitted that he wanted to go against Hov, as well. Even 50 Cent — another New York rapper — recently expressed that he would be down to take Snoop on in a head-to-head virtual showdown. However, the confirmed battle ended up being the battle of the dogs and it was definitely one for the books.
