Have you ever felt like life is a constant whirlwind, pushing you in all directions with little time to catch your breath?
Life can feel pretty crazy sometimes, don't you think? It’s constantly moving, bringing us experiences to learn and grow from. Often, we feel powerless or stuck in a repetitive cycle, but the constant factor in all this chaos is ourselves. We are here to grow, experience joy, and have fun.
In today’s episode, I want to explore the power of setting intentions and adopting new perspectives to assist you on your journey.
Setting intentions allows us to direct our lives toward what we want to experience. A few beginning thoughts that capture this idea involve overturning what we once thought or looking more deeply at the ways we were conditioned and what there is to let go of or move on from. It’s a time of rapid expansion for those who want to connect with themselves fully.
Take a quiet moment today, perhaps right now, to sit with a notebook or journal. Ask yourself, with the support of the universe, what intentions you want to set. Whether they are physical actions or qualities you wish to embody, writing them down can set powerful changes in motion.
When you commit to setting intentions and embracing new perspectives, you transform from within. This transformation allows you to trust yourself and your path, taking responsibility for your life choices. Remember to be patient with yourself and surround yourself with like-minded individuals. Take note of how life assists you in your growth, and watch as your experiences begin to change in beautiful ways.

Are you curious about how angels and spirit guides surround you and are here to support you? How synchronicities, or what we often call coincidences, are meaningful signs from the universe? If these questions intrigue you, then you're in for a treat. In this episode of Mystical Sisterhood, I sit down with angel channeler and medium Valerie Wood, who shares wisdom and knowledge from over 20 years of working with clients.
Valerie discusses the common misunderstandings people have about their spiritual guides. She clarifies that angels have never been human but can take human form. On the other hand, spirit guides have had human experience and can be friends or family you have known in past lives.
Connecting with your spiritual guides is not just about surface-level comfort but can provide genuine emotional and practical support. Valerie shares examples of how different types of angels can aid you based on their specific qualities, like a "numbers angel" for data work or "earthy angels" for those connected to nature.
Discussing the sensitive topic of death, Valerie shares her experiences helping clients dealing with terminal illnesses or those who have lost loved ones. She also underscores the importance of paying attention to the subtle signs and messages from the universe. These synchronicities are often guiding you towards something meaningful. By being curious and open, you can uncover valuable insights and opportunities.
Valerie Wood’s unique perspective on angels, spirit guides, and synchronicities provides a refreshing and comforting take on spirituality. By exploring these concepts and forming your own connections, you can experience tremendous support and guidance in your everyday life.

How would you describe your relationship to financial flow? Is it filled with ease and grace? Anything but ease and grace? Or somewhere in between? These questions are at the heart of our discussion in Episode 80 of Mystical Sisterhood, where our guest, Alicia Isaacs Howes, dives deeply into our connections with financial abundance and spiritual prosperity.
Today's episode invites you to consider your relationship with financial abundance. Alicia Isaacs Howes is no stranger to Mystical Sisterhood, and her wisdom draws from decades of experience in soul connection and the Akashic Records. We explore what supports you on your journey to financial abundance, and Alicia offers clear, channeled guidance on the insights we most need to know.
Alicia Isaacs Howes hails from England and specializes in soul connection and the Akashic Records. She is the founder of YourSoulStory.com and the creator of the ReRoot Process. Over more than two decades, Alicia has been working to help others connect deeply with their soul and the universe. Her extensive experience brings profound wisdom to our conversations.
In our discussion, Alicia reframes money as a form of energy and blessings from the divine. By working with women, particularly those in business, Alicia helps them restore their original codes and align with the infinite flow of divine energy. The conversation highlights the importance of allowing money to flow through us, reflecting our relationship with source.
Alicia paints a transformative picture of society and culture when women achieve financial abundance. As women embrace their worth and gifts, they elevate themselves and others around them. This shift dissolves the paradigm of suffering and sacrifice, fostering a world where joy, peace, and prosperity are accessible to all.
Alicia explains the concept of money ceilings—energetic caps on how much money we can receive and hold. By addressing the knots in our divine flow, we can expand our capacity to receive and hold more abundance. Recognizing and working through these blocks is essential for achieving financial flow and stability.
The discussion emphasizes the importance of embracing our gifts and overcoming blocks that prevent us from fully stepping into our purpose. By letting go of societal conditioning and trusting in our divine connection, we can create businesses and lives that align with our true selves.
The power of community and support is a recurring theme in our conversation. Women holding each other in a space of intimacy and support creates an environment where we can all rise together. By seeing and supporting each other, we break barriers and create a world of infinite possibilities.
Our journey with Alicia Isaacs Howes in Episode 80 of Mystical Sisterhood brings invaluable wisdom and practical guidance. Her teachings on abundance, empowerment, and spiritual prosperity inspire us to embrace our gifts, overcome our blocks, and create lives filled with joy, peace, and financial flow.

What if you could see your life through the lens of a miracle and trust that your unique light is needed in the world? Imagine dissolving your fears and living out your fullest expression. This was the theme at the heart of an enlightening conversation I recently had with Tama Kieves on Mystical Sisterhood.
Tama, a former Harvard-educated lawyer turned visionary and success coach, shared her profound journey from the courtroom to the world of spiritual guidance and coaching. This episode was full of wisdom, inspiration, and practical advice for anyone seeking to unlock their own potential and live a life guided by their inner voice.
One of the most compelling aspects of our conversation was Tama's approach to fear and uncertainty. She emphasizes that encountering fear is not a sign that something is wrong, but a part of the healing process:
“Feeling fear doesn’t mean things aren’t working out. Sometimes the bigger the dreams, the louder your fears.”
Through her book "A Year Without Fear," Tama provides a daily guide to shifting mindsets and embracing courage. She encourages us to redefine our relationship with fear, viewing it as an integral part of our growth rather than a barrier.
Tama has developed tools to help people shift their internal narratives, understanding that the stories we tell ourselves often dictate our reality. She offers a free tool called the Story Shifting Magic Process, which helps individuals reframe their stories — a vital practice for anyone wanting to tap into their deeper potential.
In a world filled with noise and conventional wisdom, Tama's message is a call to inner authenticity and trust. Whether you're pursuing career changes, creative endeavors, or simply trying to live more authentically, her advice is clear: listen to that voice of genius within you and trust it to guide you.
Our conversation with Tama Keeves was a vivid reminder that our inner light is not only necessary but imperative. By dissolving our fears, embracing uncertainty, and listening to our inner voice, we can live lives rich with meaning and purpose.

Are you searching for a deeper connection in your conversations and relationships? Today, we dive into a transformative dialogue about the essence of conscious conversations and what it truly means to embrace a mystical sisterhood.
Conscious conversations are at the heart of what I consider mystical sisterhood to be. What does a truly fulfilling conversation feel like? To me, it's profoundly soul-fulfilling. It's a conversation where I feel seen and heard, and we talk about what really matters in life—a feeling I walk away with that invites me back for more.
Today, Zeenath Ansari Selvakumar joins me for this enriching conversation, and we delve into the world of women at midlife. We explore deep self-care that feels truly honoring, a profound way of putting ourselves first to thrive and shine. So, sit back and join us in the episode.
Zeenath acknowledges the importance of feeling how we are guided through life. "I've always felt an internal guidance," she shares, noting that her cultural and religious background provided a foundation but her true north came from within. In her teenage years, people often came to her for comfort, indicating her innate capability to connect and heal.
Zeenath speaks about the many roles she juggles, balancing her corporate job, being a yoga instructor, a breathwork practitioner, and managing a family. Despite these responsibilities, she remains committed to living an aligned, higher-conscious life. This journey, while filled with challenges, leads to deeper self-discovery and soul connection.
Our discussion transitions to the topic of midlife—the phase where many women are balancing multiple roles while experiencing significant changes within themselves. Zeenath highlights the need for deep self-care and intentional practices, such as meditation and breathwork, to navigate this transformative period.
Remember, the journey towards higher consciousness and self-discovery is a continuous process. Surround yourself with positive influences and remain curious about your inner world. For those interested in furthering this journey, Zeenath offers meditation, breathwork, and coaching services to help individuals explore their true selves.

Have you ever wondered what a life filled with inner safety, compassion, loving kindness, and understanding for oneself looks like? In this episode, we revisit a deeply insightful conversation with Joseph Argazzi (Joe), a spiritual counselor, and recovery specialist. Throughout the episode, Joe shares his practices, principles, and lived wisdom on achieving a life of spiritual well-being. Join us as we delve into Joe’s journey and his teachings on assuming radical responsibility for our lives and surrendering to the infinite possibilities that await us.
One of the core themes of our conversation with Joe revolves around shifting from a victim mentality to an empowered mindset. Joe shares his journey of realizing that life isn't something happening to him but for him. Even in the most painful circumstances, he learned to see the universe's hand in guiding him towards growth and self-expansion.
Joe recounts his experiences of discovering new spiritual insights, sharing these with others, and watching his consciousness evolve over the years. This shift—from seeing life as a series of misfortunes to recognizing it as an intricate plan for personal growth—has radically transformed Joe's life.
A powerful takeaway from Joe’s teachings is the practice of radical acceptance. Embracing what is, without resistance or judgment, creates an opening for divine intelligence and creativity to flow through us. This acceptance paradoxically enables change and growth, providing a sense of peace and alignment with our true selves.
This conversation with Joe Argazzi highlights the profound impact of compassion, self-understanding, and spiritual practice in living a fulfilled life. By embracing our emotions as messengers, transitioning from victim mentality to empowerment, and surrendering to the universe’s infinite possibilities, we can cultivate a life of internal safety and loving kindness.

Have you ever wondered how personal challenges could potentially alter and define a professional journey? In the latest episode of Mystical Sisterhood, I sit down with Dr. Jill Carnahan, a leading voice in functional medicine who has transformed her personal battles into a wellspring of inspiration and knowledge for many. Dr. Jill's story is a testament to human resilience, hope, and the confluence of science and faith. Dive into our conversation as we explore her profound narrative that combines battling aggressive breast cancer, embracing functional medicine, and realizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
For many, the concept of functional medicine may seem like an abstract, fringe area of health. However, Dr. Jill provides illuminating insights into this growing field. Functional medicine, she explains, involves delving into the 'why' behind a disease, rather than simply managing symptoms. It aims to identify and address the root causes of illness, looking at the complex interactions between genetics, environment, and lifestyle.
Autoimmune diseases and gut issues are on the rise globally. Dr. Jill breaks down this complex topic, unraveling how environmental triggers, genetics, and gut health can contribute to such conditions. She stresses the importance of addressing gut health to calm the immune response, a critical step in managing autoimmune diseases.
For those navigating their health journey, Dr. Jill’s advice is clear: trust your intuition, seek holistic approaches, and empower yourself with knowledge. Her dedication to her patients and her unwavering faith serve as an inspiring lesson that, even in the face of adversity, one can find resilience and hope.
If you are facing health challenges or simply seeking to improve your wellbeing, Dr. Jill's story and approach might just provide the motivation you need to start on a transformative path. Remember, healing is possible, and often, the journey of suffering can lead to unexpected revelations and resilience.
