While the technology brings clear efficiencies, there are still limitations within current systems that demand the same level of diligence from valuation professionals as ever. Handled in the right way, however, the general view is that the time saved can allow for deeper thinking and ultimately lead to a better product for our clients — who then often use their own systems to summarise our reports.
