Breast cancer is increasingly being diagnosed in younger women, in their twenties and thirties.

For this Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dr. Heleen Hanekom, a mom herself, shares her knowledge with moms in simple, easy-to-understand language. Heleen is a radiologist in Pretoria, with a great passion for breast radiology (mammograms, etc.) and breast cancer awareness.

She teaches us how to do a quick self-exam, when you should visit the doctor, and what to expect from a mammogram.
