We're back!

Where have I been? Well in May 2022 I suffered long haul covid (I had a low-grade fever for over 4 weeks), a nervous breakdown and had a major depressive disorder. What came first? What led to what? I don't know. What I do know is that everything came crashing down at once. My creativity went. My short-term memory was virtually non-existent. Motivation was gone. Exhaustion was constant and anxiousness was every present. It took a year to feel 90% better and I still have to take breaks often, sometimes lose my train of thought and need to be gentle with myself.

The podcast is coming back slowly. Very slowly. As I learn to be gentle with myself and take care of taking care of me.
