Davide grew up overweight and depressed, got bullied, and shared different values from the other boys...but always knew deep inside that he had the power to change and prove his self-worth. He went against everything and everyone becoming a rebel, transforming my body, painting my hair, and covering his skin with tattoos. He worked as a dancer, stripper, and model, abusing his health with every illegal substance you can imagine and almost killed himself. He saw death with his own eyes when a very rare illness made Davide lose 2l of blood from his intestine... We go really deep into our interview with added humour.
The question is how deep will you go to find your true self?

To hear someone as influential as Ali Omar taking steroids from as young as 16 it was a complete shock to me. Having been in the fitness industry as a gym owner for the past three years, I have never heard anyone or known anyone that's been willing or brave enough to talk about taking steroids. It is so important to understand how they can affect us physically but more importantly mentally which could lead to depression. What is the key factor for people to start taking steroids?
As well as being a great bodybuilder Ali is also a smart and astute businessman, with business interests ranging from Apps to manufacturing coffee for coffee shops.

It was pleasure to sit down with Marvin and discuss his football career but was really impressive was his willingness to give up what he loved as a child to find real happiness. We discussed the lack of mentorship for young people that find success and how to handle the pressures. We talked about racism and bulling in the work place and so much more. I can tell you now money isn’t the answer to all of your problems.

Me and my favourite fella Nathan Khider talk about sleep. While some of you may sleep well, the reality is that we are a nation of non-sleepers. Some people believe they can survive on hardly any sleep, but I disagree. From personal experience of insomnia, I know first-hand how the effects can negatively impact on every aspect of your life. I’m also guilty of telling people how tired I am rather than taking the action required to tackle the issue head on . We all need to take sleep seriously as the long-term consequences of not sleeping well are scarier than you think. For these reasons I decided to write my new book ‘The Art of Sleeping’. I share my experiences with Nathan and discuss the positive steps we can all take to improve our sleep which in turn will help us to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Put the knife down is the message from one of the biggest names in criminal history–there are few in the country that can match his criminal record. During an adrenaline-fueled career as an armed robber, his willingness to take incredible risks, combined with a solder-like ability to formulate watertight strategies and to execute them with chilling coolness, ensured a string of astonishingly successful robberies. Yet his luck couldn’t last forever, and Vic was eventually caught on the job, and sentenced to 24 years in jail. Having served his time and gone straight, Vic has decided to tell his own story, in his own words.
