In this Part 8, Mark Henkel was asked about his political self-identification.  He replied with his soundbite about the current political environment: "Liberals are Liars; Conservatives are Liberals; and Libertarians are Lip Servers," referring to them as "Corpemocrats, Corpublicans, and Corporatarians" who do not recognize that "liberty and capitalism are for Individuals, not Big Government-born Corporations." One of the co-panelists named Kelly asked great questions about marriage doctrine in the Bible.   Mark Henkel provided numerous examples and citations from the Scriptures to prove how the Bible never banned polygamy or called it a sin.  In response to a theory to try to rationalize why there was polygamy in the Bible, Mark Henkel explained, "I think that's over-thinking it" and that "they just did it without thinking about it" precisely because it never was a sin anyway.  When describing the "MIA wife" (FIRST wife) verses of 1 Timothy 3:2, 3:12, and Titus 1:6, Mark Henkel explained that those three verses explicitly and only applied to "bishops, elders, and deacons" who were required to each be the husband of their "FIRST wife" according to the original language - not "ONE wife" as has been wrongly translated.  Referencing a song by the  famous TV show for children, "Sesame Street," that sang the lesson, "One of these things is not like the others, one of these just does not belong," Mark Henkel pointed out that calling "MIA wife" as "ONE wife" instead of as "FIRST wife" causes that prohibition to be unlike the other things that bishops, elders, and deacons were not supposed to do.  More parts of this interview will air in the following episodes of this podcast.

In this Part 7, the host asked Mark Henkel for what reason and for what benefit does government have from being involved in marriage.  Mark Henkel explained that it is Marriage Control, that is not about Marriage but about Control.  Mark Henkel used his renowned soundbites of "laissez faire marital economics," "marital marxism," and his "10 men and 10 women" metaphor.  Mark Henkel also shared his known soundbites about being in "the era of dumbed down males" and how the commonly repeated joke of stand-up comics is about "men being afraid of marriage."  A co-panelist asked Mark Henkel what he thought about the story of 2 Asian twins marrying the same man.  Mark Henkel explained that he had heard of that story, thinking that those are the twins on a new reality show on TLC, called "Extreme Sisters."  More parts of this interview will air in the following episodes of this podcast.

The complete show lasted 3 hours long. For this podcast, the entire show has been subdivided into several parts. In this Part 6, the host brought Mark Henkel back on after the latter had been cut off while giving his previous answer. Mark Henkel briefly re-summarized the answer that he had been saying when not "on air." Mark Henkel explained how trans rights movement leap frogged over the polygamy rights movement. He further explained how that happened: authoritarianism has grown to even having people advocating against free speech. Mark Henkel shared how the beginning of what he called "Covid1984" had so occupied the news cycle of the year 2020; and he shared how that pro-polygamists were denied a "victory lap" in the media about a new Utah law that year that reduced the bigamy sentence from a felony to an infraction. Mark Henkel also explained how Christianity brought onto themselves the political hatred that Christians consequently suffer by those on whom Christianity previously imposed OMOW (One Man / One Woman). Mark Henkel explained how Christian leaders "have gone the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat" to mislead Christianity into the idolatry of worshipping big government as their false god, such as wiht "marriage control" – and, unfortunately, Christianity is subsequently reaping what it sowed. In this Part 5, the host opened the start of the second hour of the program, asking Mark Henkel to address legal victories and challenges. As heard in the previous episode of this podcast, just as Mark Henkel began to respond, he was unexpectedly disconnected from the show. The never-before-heard reply that Mark Henkel answered is here provided in this Part 5 THE LOST PORTION. Mark Henkel provided a comprehensive telling of the Brown v Buhman case (aka as the "Sister Wives" case) that went up to the Supreme Court of the United States. Mark Henkel also detailed the steps to the passage of a Utah State law in May, 2020, that reduced the charge of bigamy from a felony down to an infraction (like a parking ticket). Then Mark Henkel shared how the beginning of what he called "Covid1984" had so occupied the news cycle of the year 2020 that pro-polygamists were denied a "victory lap" in the media about that new Utah law. For this podcast, the entire show has been subdivided into several parts.  In this Part 3, the host began with his own question first, "What would you say about men who prey on weak-willed women?"  After Mark Henkel answered that question, the host asked questions posed from people who had previously messaged his show. First, someone had written the host to ask Mark Henkel, "I am interested in bringing polygamy up to my wife. How do I bring it up to her?" Next, someone had asked the host to ask, "I am in love with another woman and I am married.  ...Any advice?"  Mark Henkel provided deep answers, providing his renowned soundbites: "No one in the history of the universe has ever escaped from polygamy;" the metaphor of growth in learning mathematics; the Love-not-Force standard for Christian polygamy and all UCAP (Unrelated Consenting Adult Polygamy), with the lesson of "Let God bring your Isaac, don't force your Ishmael;" and relationship principles of intimacy, saying, "Before you bring it up, you need to do an inventory of yourself, your motivations, your emotions, and your husband skills." This Part 3 concludes with the soundbite, "You're really under a microscope when you're considering polygamy. National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed by a producer named, Livia, for a London TV Production Company, on November 15, 2009. The producer was seeking for what Mark Henkel termed as a media "circus act request," seeking to do a documentary to put on display a family in UCAP, Unrelated Consenting Adult Polygamy. The Producer conducted herself positively, friendly, and perhaps a little "schmoozy” in a good way. She came across as positively willing to fulfill various terms and conditions that Mark Henkel detailed. Ultimately, even as the project did not happen, this was still quite a positive interview.

National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed by producer Ron Mitchell for the Bill O'Reilly Show on FOXNews television network, on September 14, 2006. In early September, the producer had made a media request. Mark Henkel attempted to call the producer 12 times, leaving a voicemail on the 2nd and 12th attempts. The producer finally called back. He asked the question backwards that, if UCAP (Unrelated Consenting Adult Polygamy) was "allowed" by government, would that not mean that same sex marriage would have to be allowed too.  Mark Henkel gave his famous soundbite, that the question to consider is not whether such things are "allowed" but that government is not allowed to "disallow" what unrelated consenting adults choose for relationships, that it's a "Freedom of Assembly" issue. Mark Henkel also gave his other famous soundbite of the "only role for government in marriage.” Mark Henkel explained the established "Polygamy Rights Win-Win Solution to end the marriage debate." The producer exclaimed "Interesting!" He said he could "do something with this" and that he found these arguments “all very consistent.” The two of them made plans for a follow-up call to make such arrangements. Over the following weeks, Mark Henkel made five more attempts to reach the producer, leaving a voicemail on the third one. Lastly, when an article appeared on the FOX News website that included Mark Henkel (unrelated to this interview with Ron Mitchell) on November 24, 2006, Mark Henkel made one last attempt to reach the producer on November 27, 2006. The Bill O'Reilly Show never got back to Mark Henkel. Instead, over the coming years, the host began pushing big government solutions to support marriage control and to routinely assert false scare-tactics about polygamy. The host knew full-well of Mark Henkel's true limited government solution. As Bill O'Reilly had subsequently become no "conservative" (even while pretending to be so on a "conservative" TV news network) especially in regard to the marriage control issue, O’Reilly instead did the very same things that he accused "the liberal media" of doing and of not reporting the whole truth. Mark Henkel was later known to have nicknamed the host, "LibbeReilly," from the perspective of polygamists - a play-on-words with the host's name to "out" the dishonest host as a fake "conservative."  By Bill O'Reilly's own standards of defining liberla media, he had become a modern "liberal" indeed. That all could have been prevented if the show had simply followed through with this interview that had excited the show's producer - if "LibbeReilly" had instead begun to report the whole truth, had stopped acting like the "liberal media" he pretended to oppose, and had stopped intentionally mispresenting polygamy from thereonafter.
