Today at Native Awakenings, we talk about 3 different ways to meditate. Our first topic deals with concentration, and how harnessing our concentration can lead to manifestation. Our second topic deals with receptivity, and how the expansion of our awareness can help inspire internal creativity. Lastly we talk about withdrawal of the sense, this type of meditation teaches us how to channel/astral project. At the end we do a short (20 seconds) practice of each of these styles of meditation.
