Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader Podcast! Today's topic revolves around a powerful technique: habit stacking. Simply put, it's about attaching new behaviors to existing ones, especially those you might not enjoy. For example, if you dislike management calls, try coupling them with something you like, such as grabbing your favorite coffee.
In my routine, I make getting coffee before a meeting something enjoyable. By connecting a positive experience to a less enjoyable task, the latter becomes more tolerable. This concept works both ways, looking forward to something after a task or doing something you like before tackling the challenging stuff.
Take this podcast, for instance. If I didn't habitually go for my morning bagel and coffee, I might not be as consistent in producing these episodes. Find something you already like doing, a habit that comes naturally, and let it serve as the cue for the new habit you want to establish.

Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader Podcast! In today's episode, I want to share a personal reflection with all you natural born leaders out there. This podcast often serves as my virtual journal, a space where I unpack the lessons I'm learning on this journey.
Recently, I tweeted about a concept that resonates deeply with me, which is, the idea that feeling stuck in life, whether in relationships or business, means we're tolerating things that shouldn't be tolerated. When I find myself at a plateau, it's a signal to let go of old baggage, drop outdated standards, and elevate to a new level.
Climbing to a higher standard means making tough decisions. Imagine wanting a new and better relationship but refusing to let go of a toxic one. The same principle applies in business, relying on old strategies won't propel you to the next level. It's about being honest with yourself, making the hard decisions, and embracing higher standards.
I've seen too many people in business stuck in a cycle, doing the same things despite wanting greater success. The key is to understand that ascending to a new level requires shedding the baggage and standards of the old one. This lesson applies not just to me but to anyone feeling stuck right now.
Thank you for listening!

Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader podcast! Today, I dive into something I do regularly, recentring and finding focus on what truly matters for my business. The key? People. It's not just about grabbing attention, it's about building a team that can handle editing, distribution, copywriting, and more. When it comes to conversions, it's not just about relying on ads, it's also about hiring talented individuals to create effective systems, making every lead count.
Being able to understand fulfillment is crucial, but you can't do it all alone. The most invaluable skill in my opinion? Hiring, inspiring, and holding accountable a team of A players. Some might see payroll as an expense, but at the end of the day, it's more of an investment in success. Think about it, would you rather go solo or have a team of A players making sure your business thrives?

Welcome to another episode of the Natural Born Leader podcast! Today, I want to talk about something super important for businesses: operations. You know, everyone talks a lot about marketing, but not many people discuss operations, which is like the behind-the-scenes magic.
Imagine you have a cool video on YouTube, and lots of people watch it. But what if your business doesn't make much money even though everyone knows about it? That's because being a great operator is just as important as being a great marketer.
I heard this guy on YouTube saying you can make tons of money with 100,000 subscribers. But guess what? I made good money with only 6,000! The secret? Being a great operator.
