Do you feel you're being rough on your skin and, at the same time, don't have time to take proper care of it?
In this episode, I'm joined by the incredible Karina Perez-Marconi, Puerto Rican and Cuban descendant, Entrepreneur, Founder, and the brilliant mind behind Antedotum, a skincare line inspired by nature and backed by science. Growing up between cultures, being a "gringa" in Puerto Rico and a Latina in Boston, Karina developed a growing curiosity for multiculturalism, language, and everything that brings people together despite language barriers or cultural limitations. Her passion for traveling took her to Paris, where she fed her passion for art and beauty and got a Diploma in Advanced French Language Studies (DALF).
Throughout our conversation, you'll hear about Karina's background, her experiences growing up in Puerto Rico, the cultural shock from her move to Boston, and her passion for art and beauty that led to the creation of Antedotum. Karina also talks about the multiple benefits of natural skin care products, debunks the myths about using oil on oily skin, and much more.
Tune in to Episode 182 of Amiga, Handle Your Shit, and discover the secrets to glowing, healthy, and gorgeous skin.
